The “Bonfire” restaurant at Basecamp Netgo in Borken was opened with a major event that focused on fresh and healthy food. More than 200 guests from politics, business and the local community took part.

With invited guests and helpers, the”Bonfire“opened internally in the evening. 200 guests from politics and business as well as employees of the participating craft companies and the netgo Group of companies met to celebrate the opening of the restaurant together with the managing directors of Bongastro GmbH, Patrick Kruse, Benedikt Kisner and Jan Scheidsteger.
Balanced lunch break
Before it was officially opened on Saturday, visitors were able to visit the new restaurant in Borken and try the food. The “Bonfire” (campfire) will offer guests from Borken and the surrounding area “slightly different” all-day dining. Managing Director Jan Scheidsteger attaches great importance to fresh and healthy offerings. He and his team would like to offer a healthy and balanced lunch break, especially at lunchtime, according to a statement.
A cozy and relaxed atmosphere invites guests to meet friends and spend time together even after work. The central meeting point in the restaurant is the warm and cozy campfire. The “Bonfire” will also keep its doors open on weekends.
A short journey of remembrance
The dishes should remind guests of great moments spent together — be it grandma's delicious stew or the noodles on their last vacation in Italy. According to Scheidsteger, the menu takes guests on a short journey of memories. Health and sustainability therefore also play an important role on the drinks menu.

For us, of course, but scarce and pure luxury for many people on earth,” says Scheidsteger.
