Modern residential project in “Haspelkamp” Borken
As one of the first construction projects in the new residential area “Haspelkamp” in Borken, it was a challenge and responsibility for our office. In particular because the city of Borken has deliberately set higher architectural standards for this area of the building area.
Together with the builders, a modern type of building was developed, in which the height of the two-storey building was captured by the contrasting canopy.
The monolithic structure impresses with its dark gray colors and the large window fronts facing the garden, which are combined to form window bands thanks to the use of wood.
The inner development core, which is generously presented on both floors, is of central importance.
The open structure on the ground floor can be divided by sliding doors so that the kitchen with its separate dining area can be separated from the rest of the living room.
The upper floor forms the private area of the building with the bedrooms and the central bathroom.
